Did you get mail?
Flooding the door of Dragonfly (St James Power Station) as early as 6pm were singles(females and males) registering for FUSE and SDN's - You've Got Mail Party; the party which took place last Saturday (19 December) was truly a blast. Despite the happy fact of Bacardi Apple being on the house, Cyril Lim was a perfect host with a superb sense of humour which got the crowd roaring in laugher every 5 seconds. Stickers which were participants ticket into the club had a personalised number code on it (it was as if they were jail birds to fun, not crime). The numbers which were there for obvious reasons (it is a singles party afterall) was tied to a simple game; ‘letters' which allowed participants another form of communication was widely available at the ‘Post Office' and from hot models dressed in uniform. This enabled participants to drop off notes to the ones they fancy. Recipient's numbers were then flashed on screen to inform recipients - they've got mail. Apart from sending mails to fellow party goers, Cyril and Tracy Tan (Guest - Fly However, it was Singapore local band, Goodfellas who stole the show with their racy band performance. Who was not immersed by their boyish and alluring voices? The party ended with a Lucky Draw session giving away more than enough prizes to keep the crowd happy. The top 3 prizes presented by Chairman of SAFRA Youth Network Committee, Mr Andy Tan was attractive ($1680 Lunch Actually membership and HP mini laptop) enough to cause a commotion between Cryril and a participant who lost his sticker.
I hope you had a good time partying with your friends (or date). Till then...keep yourself updated with FUSE for more parties coming your way. Check out for more happenings at our event calendar to have a wacky weekend! Related Articles |
