F1 H2O Nations Cup 2011 @ Marina Bay
Make a date with the nautical extravaganza this November at the waters of Marina Bay. Witness the roar of the F1 powerboats as they wrestle the waves at speeds of up to 200km/h and manoeuvre out of tight corners with precision. Among the participants are teams from the USA, China, Portugal and France. This year’s competition will also introduce a hint of local flavour as Singapore will be fielding a team to challenge the expertise of its foreign counterparts. As part of the 2 day event, The Float @ Marina Bay will host a Freestyle Motocross showcase and an Australian Water Ski show, as well as a number of entertaining stage performances. Organisers are expecting about 100,000 to 200,000 spectators to line the waters of Marina Bay so head down early if you want to catch a piece of the action.
