Extreme Sailing Series 2011
Catch Olympic sailors in droves as the international Extreme Sailing Series 2011 wraps its tour at Marina Bay this December. The final act of the championship will see teams from nations like the USA, Italy, France and New Zealand compete for top honours, each of which must harness the power of the unpredictable Southeast Asian winds to effectively overcome local waters. For spectators, the Extreme Race Village will feature live commentaries, food and beverage stalls and music entertainment. The race will also be accompanied by various fringe sailing competitions, including the NeilPryde Racing Series, Optimist and Moth sailing.
