I Love Ice Cream! Singapore's First Ice Cream Bash

If you have a sweet tooth and don’t mind a little twist to your humble scoop of ice-cream, be sure to mark your calendar with I Love Ice Cream! Fashioned by people who we can only assume really love ice-cream, the first such carnival here promises a parade of unique flavours like chilli chocolate, kaya, salt & pepper, sweet potato with honey & chestnut, Mars bar and D24 Durian. These creative concoctions are the results of efforts from up to 20 homegrown ice-cream brands, all of which would be present at the event to hand samples of their creations out. Other highlights include an exclusive food pairing session that will attempt to discover the local delicacy best tailored for ice-cream and a chilli chocolate ice-cream eating competition for the more adventurous.
