Discover a little more about the decorated history of the only cable car system here at Asia’s first cable car museum. The museum traces the cable car’s vivid transformation over the years, showcasing a faithful account of its origins and detailing its technological evolution. Among the exhibits are the 3 generations of cable car cabins which have been in operation since cable cars were launched here in 1974, a VIP Gold Cabin that was never open to public and used exclusively to ferry ministers, ambassadors and celebrities, as well as the only life-sized Lego cable car in the world that was assembled with 10,000 pieces of blocks.
