Never enough

Never enough

There is never enough when it comes to charity, which is why SAFRACS believes in taking the time to enrich someone's life.

It is time you count your blessings and devote a little of your time to the underprivileged groups. SAFRACS 3 main focuses are the senior citizens, underprivileged children and the physically disabled. With volunteers from all walks of life helping out, the less fortunate are thus able to participate in activities like festival celebrations, outings and visits to homes. Including excursions such as farm visits, fishing trips and scenic bumboat rides.

That aside, there are also countless of charity events taking place in the month of October. Respectively, the Health Mapping Exercise, Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital - Flag day and The Pink Ribbon Spin For Life.

The Health Mapping Exercise (HME) conducting by Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF), is a free door-to-door health checks and surveys for residents (specifically elderly) living in 1-2 room HDB flats.

HME is shouting out to anyone with passion and commitment to volunteer in this drive.
All they ask is for you to be able physically fit enough to climb stairs and walk throughout four hours on the 3rd of October. The peripherals ask of you to be able to speak in Mother Tongue and Dialects. It is as simple as that to contribute.
