How to dress on a plane
If you are hoping for an upgrade, a sweatsuit is not going to get you one. Wear something you feel comfortable in (that does not mean your pyjamas), try somewhere in between perfection and sweatpants. You never know who you will meet on the plane, you will not want to run into your ex-girlfriend or a hottie looking half wrecked. I get it if you cannot help but to feel out of sort, throw on a pair of sunnies (sunglasses) if it is a day flight or a fancy cap if it is a night flight. Trust me when I say, a perfect pair of shoes will keep you happy.

Be daring, but comfortable.
Take Ernest Hemingway's advice; never go on trips with anyone you do not love

How to dress on a first datedate
The girl you fancy agreed to go on a date with you; it is a big deal, but do not turn it into a big mistake. It should be about mystery, all about making her wonder. Your muscles can sure be hidden under, or you may be term as a ‘show-off' or worse, disgusting. Put on your favourite shirt (do not get new ones you know will not make you comfortable and if you do, remember to remove the tags). Put on a jeans (any smart casual restaurant will accept that), one that has been wash recently and not ones you have been wearing for months.

Relax, if she agreed to go out with you. She is probably alright with the way you look/dress. Just flash that dashing smile.

How to dress when meeting your girlfriend's parents or potential in-laws

There is no pressure here, but her mother is probably never going to forget what you have on when you first met her. You can ask her for advice, but ultimate put on whatever that tells your character but nothing to fancy to stylish for folks to accept.

Ask your parents if you have to, they will probably relate better.

How to dress for a job interview
You do not have to wear a suit to prove a point. But if you insist, ensure that your suit is well-tailored. Consider the position you are applying for and look up on the company's culture. If you are applying for a job in a media or art sector, it should allow more leeway to dress trendier (mix and match) rather than a position at a law firm or finance office. There is nothing wrong with looking smart.

Your confidence will matter more than your dressing.

How to dress formally

We know what formal means, no slippers nor sneakers with tees(t-shirts) and shorts, or even jeans please. However keep it simple and understated, from your shirt to your pants, choose colours which will match. Looking good does not necessary mean splurging, work within your means.

Every loves looking classy, go figure.

How to dress in a club

Do not overdo it, it is hilarious to be in a club with a sweater or scarf. This is Singapore (do you mind) and the Singaporean way for cute is a dress shirt and jeans or a fancy tee (t-shirt) with jeans, Berms (bermudas) will do the job too. Just be sure you have got your shoes on.

Like how you always do.
