20. No person who is not a party to these Terms of Use by virtue of being bound by the same as stipulated herein shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms of Use.

If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unenforceable for any reason but would be enforceable if part of the wording thereof were deleted, it shall apply with such deletions as may be necessary to make it enforceable. The validity of the remaining portions or provisions shall not be affected, and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be construed and enforced as if these Terms of Use did not contain the particular part, term or provision held to be unenforceable.

22. These Terms of Use and the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all users of this website agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
